4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY (UK, EU & EEA Customers only) 
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by emailing sales@a2stainless.com, quoting your Order number, before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason whatsoever at any time within 30 calendar days following the day of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the goods are not as we described them or are otherwise unfit for purpose by virtue of their not meeting the relevant published specification.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund (subject to the limitations of clause 4.2) of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the in the event that in our judgement the product has been used.
4.5 Items which have been manufactured as specials, altered, or not advertised for sale on the website and ordered in specially, do not qualify for return under clause 4.1-4.4
4.6 Items whose price is determined or affected by fluctuations in commodity prices (eg precious metals) fall outside of the scope of this Returns Policy.
4.7 Clauses 4.1-4.4 are not applicable to non-EU/EEA customers.The provisions of clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
