Brexit Policy

As you are probably aware, the UK has now left the EU and this has resulted in a few minor changes to our business.

Most significantly, customers outside the UK and Northern Ireland are no longer charged VAT on purchases, but may still be required to pay Import Duty and VAT to your own government.  Jersey and Guernsey continue to be VAT zero-rated.

UK customers resident in Northern Ireland (BT- postcodes) are still required to pay UK VAT, and we may need to complete a Customs Declaration to support the despatch of goods.

Despatch times and services may be impacted to UK Channel Islands and Northern Island as the new rules are applied but for the most part it remains business as usual.

We regret we are no longer offering a shipping service outside the UK owing to excessive customs requirements.
